I WON A FACULTY RIBBON!!!!

HO VINTO UN AMBITISSIMO RICONOSCIMENTO ALL'MQX  QUILT FESTIVAL - NEW ENGLAND 2014 (USA)!!!

L'ho scoperto solo il 24 aprile... meglio tardi che mai! :-)

Oggi ho ricevuto la lettera di valutazione del mio quilt e ho proprio letto "nero su bianco" il conferimento di tale premio!

Cosa è un Faculty Ribbon? Ecco la spiegazione che mi ha scritto l'organizzatrice dell'MQX festival:

 "Most instructors are given a ribbon to place on the quilt of their choice. Yours came from our friend and longtime instructor, Judy Woodworth. Judy was also named Machine Quilting Teacher of the Year for 2013 by her students (past and present). Judy is an award winning quilter and I know she thinks carefully about who she gives her faculty ribbon to. Congratulations Laura!"
